  • Returns: You may return items within 14 days of the delivery date for an eligible refund, provided the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items of the same value if you receive a defective or damaged product. Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

  • Include your order number, a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange and clear photographs if the items are damaged or defective.
  • Our customer support team will guide you through the return or exchange process and provide you with a return shipping label if applicable.
  1. Return Condition:
  • All returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or charge a restocking fee if the returned items are not in their original condition.
  1. Refund and Exchange Process:
  • Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund or ship the replacement items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned items.
  • Exchanged items will be shipped out promptly after the return items are received and inspected.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, e-liquids, opened cartridges, and coils are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  1. Shipping Costs:
  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
