  1. Shipping Destinations: We currently ship our products in USA only, but certain places are restricted. If you are in a restricted region and are interested in our products, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
  2. Order Processing Time: Once you place an order with us, our team works diligently to process it swiftly. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak seasons or special promotions, processing times might be slightly extended, but we always strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
  3. Shipping Methods: We partner with reputable shipping carriers to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your items. You can choose from a variety of shipping options at checkout, each offering different delivery times and costs. Please note that the shipping timeframes provided during checkout are estimations and may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Note: Any packages that are undeliverable by USPS/FedEx and are sent back to us are subject to 15% restocking fee. Furthermore, the shipping costs and fees associated with these packages will not be refunded. You will only be refunded the purchase prices of the products and any tax paid on the order minus a 15% restocking fee if determined that it should be applied to your order.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions

Please take your time to review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid the cost of reshipping the order.
